Can you tell me more about your 'interest free payment plan'

You may purchase most paintings on this plan if you so wish. Payments are up to six months and in some more expensive paintings up to twelve months. This is set up by direct debit on a monthly basis. What is your shipping Policy?

All our products are carefully packed to ensure safe passage and are delivered by either Royal Mail or courier depending on package size. If there is any issue or delay, please contact us. 

What are the glazing options? 

We use high-quality, shatter-resistant acrylic to glaze our frames. We believe it is superior to glass for picture framing in many ways, as it is clearer, doesn't appear green in the light, and offers a higher level of UV protection. It's also far more lightweight, which means your frame will be easier to handle, hang and store. 

Please do not be put off by the term 'Acrylic'. We DO NOT use cheap styrene glazing commonly found in frames imported from the Far East and sold by budget department stores. Our standard 2mm Clear Acrylic glazing is far superior to normal glass in many ways. It is visually better than glass by offering a higher level of clarity and it also offers a far greater level of UV protection.

We will supply glass only if picked up from the gallery or by request online, however this will incur further costs due to weight and insurance

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

Buy your art with confidence. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase on any of our products including original artwork, we have have a full refund policy in place. Please contact us immediately with your request and return the goods in their original condition using the packaging provided if possible. Once the goods have been received, a full refund will be credited to your account. As a family run business we pride ourselves on our quality and service.

What does the stated size refer to?

For paper prints, the quoted size refers to the actual 'Image size' including a border for the artist's signature, edition number and stamp. Whatever is viewed in the 'preview tool' is without a mountboard.

For canvas prints the size is the same as stated 

How many prints are in the edition?

Most editions are limited to 125 or 195.  This will be stated in the 'full description and specification' option.

Are you able to print bespoke sizes?

Absolutely. You may find that you have a particular area such as an alcove or a recess you would like to decorate. No problem, we can work out the best solution for you.

Can you frame the artworks?

Yes we can, we also recommend the most suitable frame for you artwork to suit you requirements.

Are you able to post worldwide?

Yes we can, we have often posted to ex pats and customers living around the globe. Please mail us for a quote on shipping costs
